Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the fragile nature of artwork, and the limited availability of art editions, we only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If there is a quality issue with your item, please email info@jenngriffithart.com and we will be happy to help!
Custom/Commissioned artwork cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with the finished product of your commissioned work, please email info@jenngriffithart.com to discuss options.
Refunds (if applicable):
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment once return is received, usually within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
