Shipping policy

When is my order sent out the door?

Online orders of prints, towels, blankets, and accessories will be shipped in 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description, or otherwise communicated to you (through email updates, or other.) Orders received after 5pm EST will be processed the next business day. Original paintings and surfboards are shipped within 5-7 business days, if immediately available. Shipping details for custom/commissioned pieces will be communicated directly to the collector/purchaser.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are sent within 2-7 business days of purchase, using Priority or Ground Shipping, which average 2-4 business days, depending on the collector's location. You will receive a UPS or USPS shipping confirmation to your email provided, which includes tracking information. I

f you ordered an oversized canvas or original artwork, you will receive direct contact from our shop regarding our Fine Art Shipping and courier options.

To where does JG ship?

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is optional. Please contact us for shipping rates and customs information. 

Holiday Shipping Guidelines-

December holiday orders must be placed by December 15, 2024 for delivery by December 24. Shipments are provided with a tracking number, sent with either USPS or UPS. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Carrier shipping times cannot be guaranteed by these deadlines- this is why our deadline is seat early, to allow time for delivery during busy seasons.
